Shipping & Returns

Last updated: 4 October 2026

How ordering works

We sell by quote. Send us your product list and delivery country through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp. Your quote states the product prices in EUR (USD on request), the shipping cost to your address and the expected dispatch date. Export sales are invoiced without Turkish VAT.

Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched from Istanbul, Türkiye, with an international carrier.
  • Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier; it is stated in your quote.
  • You receive a tracking number when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
  • DC fast chargers are shipped on pallets by freight; ask us for a separate quote.

Import duties and taxes

Prices are quoted on DAP terms (Delivered at Place): import duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees in the destination country are not included and are paid by the buyer, usually to the carrier on delivery. We prepare the export documents on our side.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

  • You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
  • To withdraw, tell us by email at info@futureteknik.com.tr within the 14 days.
  • Send the product back unused, complete and in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer.
  • After we receive the returned goods, we refund the price paid, using the original payment method. For consumers in the EU/EEA, we also refund the original standard delivery cost, as required by law.
  • Products made to your specifications (for example a non-standard cable length) are excluded where the law allows.

Damage and warranty

Please check the parcel on delivery and tell us about any transport damage as soon as possible, with photos. Our products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty. If a product is defective, contact us and we will explain how to return it for repair or replacement. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
