This notice explains how Future Teknik Enerji Sistemleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“FUTURE”, “we”), based in Istanbul, Türkiye, handles personal data on this international website. We are the data controller.

What we collect

Quote requests: your name, email address and delivery country, and optionally your company, phone number, the product and quantity you are interested in, and your message.
Dealer applications: your company name, country, name, email address and business type, the brands you are interested in and your message, and optionally your phone number and website.
Email and WhatsApp: the information you send us when you contact us directly.
Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site, and anonymous, aggregated visitor statistics that do not use cookies.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and you do not need an account to use it.

Why we use it

To answer your request and prepare a quote (steps taken at your request before a contract).
To review a dealer application and reply to it (steps taken at your request before a contract).
If you order: to perform the contract, including invoicing, shipping and export documents.
To meet our legal obligations, such as commercial and tax record keeping.
To keep the website secure and working (our legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the website and fulfil orders, and only as far as needed: website hosting and database providers, our email delivery provider, and for orders, carriers, customs brokers and payment providers. Authorities receive data only where the law requires it.

International transfers

We are located in Türkiye, so your data is processed in Türkiye. Some of our service providers may process data in other countries, including the EU and the United States. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and dealer applications for as long as needed to answer them and to follow up on any resulting order or cooperation. Records related to orders are kept for the periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law. You can ask us to delete your request at any time, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, KVKK), you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of it, and you can object to its use. Write to info@futureteknik.com.tr. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
